The processing time starts from the date your order is placed. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Once the order has been processed, shipping typically takes 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Cut-Off Time

2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) – Central European Time (Switzerland)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day

The estimated delivery time is calculated based on whether the order was placed before or after the cut-off time.
